Quality Policy 

The service that NÀUTIC TARRAGONA, S.A. offers to the users of the marina facilities is the result of well-planned and regulated actions through which errors are foreseen, detected and corrected. We work towards the continuous improvement of the clients’ personalized assistence.

 

One of our priorities is to meet the expectations and requirements of our users of the rights of use of outlets, storage rooms and/or berths, complying not only with their technical necessities but also with their personal ones for those who stay on their boat for a long period of time. Likewise, the accomplishment of the legislation in use and the maintenance of the organization over time constitute  the main criteria to establish the quality system based on the Norm UNE-EN-ISO 9001/2000.

 

The implementation of this policy involves all the staff of the organization. For this reason their motivation and training are considered a priority, thus resulting in a reliable relationship with the client which establishes a high level of satisfaction on their part.  The management provides the resources and means necessary for the quality system to be introduced and implemented at all levels.
